1 - Cala Comte
Explore the beauty of Cala Comte in Ibiza, a paradise of beaches with captivating white sandy coves and turquoise waters. Also known as Cola Conta or Platges de Comte, this stunning location is situated in the northwest of the island, just 4 kilometers from Cala Bassa and Cala Tarida. Undoubtedly for me, one of the best coves in Ibiza to bask in the sun and stay for a magical sunset.
2 - Cala Salada
Embark on a little adventure through Ibiza’s winding roads and be captivated by the astonishing transparency of the waters at Cala Salada.
From the rocky promontories framing this gem and its sister, Cala Saladeta, the fascinating underwater world is perfectly visible. This tranquil corner is my personal retreat, a natural counterpoint to the bustling beaches of the Mediterranean. Despite its growing popularity, especially in August, Cala Salada remains my serene spot in Ibiza. Arrive early to secure the perfect spot and immerse yourself in the tranquility of the Ibiza sea.
3 - Cala Saladeta
Discover the charming Cala Saladeta, the tiny gem next to its big sister, Cala Salada. With just 100 meters, this intimate beach offers white sand and crystal-clear waters. My advice is to rise early in summer to secure a comfortable spot and enjoy the waters with the locals, the “ibicencos.” At sunset, be aware that it falls under the shadow of a promontory.
If you arrive by boat, you’ll appreciate the beauty of the nearby Punta Galera cove. The stunning azure waters contrast beautifully with the greenery of the surrounding pine forest. Undoubtedly, one of my favorites!
4 - Cala d’Hort
Nestled in the Natural Park of Cala d’Hort, Cap Llentrisca, and Sa Talaia, Cala d’Hort is Ibiza’s hidden gem. Part of the Natural Reserve of Es Vedrà, Es Vedranell, and the islets of Ponent, this special beach in Sant Josep de sa Talaia offers biodiversity and majestic birds, such as the Eleonora’s falcon.
Surrounded by the imposing silhouette of Es Vedrà and Es Vedranell, along with the peak of Sa Talaia, Ibiza’s highest, it creates a magnificent setting. Immerse yourself in the splendid Cala d’Hort, a beach with white sand and crystal-clear waters that captures the unique essence of the island.
For me, it’s a magical spot that invites connection with nature and contemplation of Ibiza’s natural spectacle!
5 - Es Raco den Xic
In the intimate corner of Es Racó den Xic, you discover a beach gem: a hundred meters of paradise with fine sand and crystalline waters that capture the soul of Ibiza. I savor spectacular sunsets from the shore and immerse myself in its clear waters to explore.
And to make it even more special, the beach bar Cala Escondida adds a warm and sustainable touch that complements the unique magic of this place. With each visit, I realize that Es Racó den Xic is not only in its waters and sunsets but also in the cozy experience provided by its charming beach bar.
6 - Es Portitxol
Es Portitxol, a secluded cove in Ibiza, escapes the tourist bustle. Frequented by local fishermen and adventurers, it offers lush nature, crystal-clear waters, and serenity. With no services, the reward is its pristine beauty. I recommend packing supplies for the trail walk—a place where I find peace and a connection with nature.
7 - Cala Bassa
Embark on one of my favorite hideaways: Cala Bassa. Just 15 minutes from San Antonio by car or bus (with available parking), or if you prefer, a 15-minute ferry ride from San Antonio in summer. This beach, bustling with daily life and a laid-back vibe on weekends, is a perfect escape. With turquoise waters, golden sand, and ancient sabina trees, it offers friendly amenities for everyone.

8 - Cala Tarida
Immerse yourself in the enchanting Cala Tarida, known for its fine white sand and crystal-clear turquoise waters.
More than just a beach, it’s a dreamy haven, a refuge captivating those seeking escape from tourist hustle. For me, this place becomes magical at sunset, when the breathtaking sunsets create a truly special atmosphere. Dive into the beauty and magic of Cala Tarida, you’ll be amazed!
9 - Cala Gracioneta
Let me take you to a magical spot: Cala Gracioneta, the gem next to Cala Gració. This narrow cove, with its sandy shores both in and out of the water, envelops you in crystal-clear turquoise waters, embraced by rocky walls. The islet of Sa Conillera paints a charming horizon.
On land, a cozy beach bar and services with sunbeds and umbrellas invite you to unwind. For me, Cala Gracioneta is a paradise full of charm and serenity. Discover it and dive into the magic of this unique place!
10 - Sa Caleta
